Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vette account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
